Generate the client certificate

Synopsis

Description:
Manually trigger the generation of a client certificate

Use –tls-cert and –tls-key together to choose output files instead of the shared client credentials.
Generation fails if either output file already exists.



incus remote generate-certificate [flags]

Options

      --encrypt    Encrypt the private key with a password
      --tls-cert   Path to the generated TLS client certificate
      --tls-key    Path to the generated TLS client key

Options inherited from parent commands

      --debug          Show all debug messages
      --explain        If the command is valid, explain its parsed arguments instead of running it
      --force-local    Force using the local unix socket
  -h, --help           Print help
      --project        Override the source project
  -q, --quiet          Don't show progress information
      --sub-commands   Use with help or --help to view sub-commands
  -v, --verbose        Show all information messages
      --version        Print version number
